PHASE III STEELBAND

Phase III Steelband has been entertaining audiences across Canada for over 35 years.  The band has gone through leadership and band member changes throughout the years (Trinidad Cavaliers, Coffee Dregs to Phase III Steelband).  The Band's current co-leaders are Jeffrey Davis and Kenrick Headley.  Kenrick Headley and Kenneth Headley co-arrange and direct the the band's musical choices.  Current Band Membership includes:

The band primarily plays locally for Music and Cultural Festivals including the Surrey Fusion Festival, Caribbean Days Festival, Maple Ridge Caribbean Festival, Richmond Multicultural Festival and other local events like Canada Day just to name a few.  The band has been the opening act for many top Caribbean artists who have performed in Vancouver including The Mighty Sparrow, Machel Montano, Alison Hinds, Sanell Dempster, Calypsonian Crazy, Superblue and Byron Lee and the Dragonaires.

Phase III has entertained audiences for private and corporate events as well.  The band has played for Commonwealth Games, Canada Games, Vancouver Canucks, Vancouver Giants and many other Corporate appreciation events throughout Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.

The Band's repertoire includes primarily Soca, Calypso, R & B Classics, Reggae, and some Smooth Jazz.
